DaVinci: Specifying the file format with IPT_xxxx

If the output file type cannot be determined from its extension (e.g. .WMF, .BMP, JPG), then the file type must be explicitly defined by the application via an IPT_xxxx value. The following values correspond to the file types supported by DaVinci.

IPT_SELECT File type is specified either via the file dialog or by the file’s extension

IPT_TIF TIFF file

IPT_WMF Windows metafile

IPT_EPS Encapsulated PostScript (import only)

IPT_DXF AUTOCAD Drawing Exchange Format (DXF) (import only)

IPT_BMP Windows bitmap file

IPT_GIF CompuServe Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) (to be used only in compliance with licensing terms for LZW compression!)

IPT_PCX PCX files

IPT_JPG JPEG file

IPT_PNG Portable Network Graphics
