The following things are currently broken in the C++ cross
compiler for Netware:
- i386-netware-strip breaks NLMs.
Use the -s linker switch as
a workaround if you need a stripped binary.
- Using -ggdb extended debugging breaks debugging.
-g works.
- gdbserve.nlm cannot be compiled for a libc environment.
- gdbserve.nlm works unreliable.
- Most NLMs from a different compiler cannot be specified
directly on the link command line, the import list
.imp file has to be specified instead.
- The GNU Fortran compiler does not compile for Netware.
