IPDXF_xxxx DaVinci DXF import flags

These switches are specified in the dwDxfFlags member of the DAVPARAMS structure.

IPDXF_IGNOREEXTMINMAX Ignore $EXTMIN/$EXTMAX variables when importing DXF files.
IPDXF_BLACKONLY Import all DXF pattern elements as black.
